Role OverviewAs the Senior Sales Manager, you will own the commercial strategy and execution for wholesale, franchise, and distribution channels across key APAC markets. You will manage regional accounts, unlock new market opportunities, and collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of lifestyle and sportswear markets, and a proven track record managing partners across Asia.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow wholesale, franchisee, and distributor channels across APAC, delivering on revenue targets and profitability goalsBuild and manage strong relationships with regional partners, ensuring alignment on brand direction, seasonal strategies, and commercial objectivesOversee annual and seasonal sales planning, assortment building, and sell‑in presentationsDrive new market entry and support partner onboarding, training, and performance managementAnalyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights to shape channel strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams-Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Supply Chain-to optimise product launches, pricing, inventory flow, and brand visibilityMonitor partner compliance to brand standards, retail execution, and operational requirementsLead negotiations on commercial terms, distribution agreements, and channel policiesSupport regional events such as trade shows, showroom presentations, and partner reviewsProvide regular reporting and forecasts to senior leadershipQualifications & Experience7-10+ years of sales or commercial experience in lifestyle, sportswear, footwear, apparel, or consumer brandsProven success managing wholesale, franchisee, or distribution partners across APACStrong understanding of retail operations, channel economics, and brand positioningExperience with market expansion, new account development, and strategic negotiationsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with strong planning and forecasting capabilitiesAbility to travel across the APAC region as requiredFluent in English and Chinese is required
