Looking for a Software Engineer to join a YC startup building an AI-native marketing workspace.
Core product pillars (rapidly evolving):
Modular marketing agent system coordinating across strategy → creative planning → media deployment → performance optimization, with closed-loop agent feedback and self-improving workflows
Generative creative engine (image/video generation + editing pipelines) with eval and quality control loops
Collaborative workspace layer enabling enterprise marketing teams to iterate with agents within structured marketing workflows You’ll work directly with the founders and founding PM to architect and ship core systems from 0→1 into production.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong full-stack; able to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end systems independently. Proven experience building and operating AI-native applications in production
Experience applying AI to core product architecture: multi-agent orchestration, tool execution layers, eval-driven improvement loops, multi-modal generative systems etc.
Fluent in AI-native development workflows (leveraging AI coding agents, automation etc.) to materially accelerate iteration speed
