Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Database Expert to administer, secure, and maintain our enterprise database. Key responsibilities include:
• Database administration, security, and access control; capacity planning and performance tuning;
• Providing application support and resolving problems related to the enterprise database;
• Designing and implementing an application infrastructure for system development and operation;
• Application system development;

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related disciplines, with at least 5 years' relevant post-qualification working experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
• Solid experience in Oracle database administration and development with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery;
• A good analytical mind and interpersonal skills;
• A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Working knowledge of Ellucian Banner and Exadata is highly preferred.
