• Lead and mentor a small team of data professional, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge machine learning models and predictive analytics to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
• Drive the design and execution of data experiments, algorithms, and models to address business challenges and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data science and machine learning, applying them to enhance the analytical capabilities.
skills & experiences required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Min 8 years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
• Proven track record of leading data science projects from conception to implementation, delivering actionable insights and driving business impact.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with data manipulation and analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling techniques, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
• Proficient in Chinese and English
