Job Summary: The Technical Sales Executive sources new customers, demonstrates product features, drives sales, and maintains customer relations; monitors operating processes to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Reports to Sales Account Manager on sales and project follow up performance.
• Explores new business opportunities and establishes relationships with clients.
• Executes sales action plans to achieve projected sales targets.
• Liaises with clients and site personnel for product and service sales.
• Maintains high-quality project standards and company image.
• Monitors project progress from initial negotiation to after-sales follow up.
• Prepares sales and warranty documentation and maintains customer records.
• Conducts service/product reviews to collect customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Supports the implementation and enhancement of the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Performs ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales & Marketing, with project management experience preferred.
• Fluent spoken & written English & Cantonese skills.
• Good team player with strong initiative & ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn & hard-working.
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
• Possessing existing contractor, consultant, and developer networks is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with interest in sales & marketing will be considered with training provided.
Benefits:
• Basic Salary: negotiable.
• Guaranteed 13th month payment and Quarterly discretionary performance bonus.
• Annual Leave: 12 days, increasing to 17 days with years of service.
• Medical insurance plan with annual bodycheck and dental benefit.
• Other expenses reimbursement.
• Training allowance after 6 months' service.
