They are seeking a Senior AI/ML Backend Engineer to join the team. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining server-side application logic, building efficient streaming systems, and ensuring the platform's scalability, performance, and security. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of backend development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain server-side logic using clean code practices and object-oriented design.
• Debug and troubleshoot within a microservice architecture.
• Build and optimize streaming systems with Apache Kafka.
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability.
• Design and optimize relational and time-series databases.
• Develop and manage multi-tenant systems for effective resource management and data isolation.
• Design and implement Restful APIs and gRPC for web and internal applications.
• Ensure scalability and performance using Kubernetes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance with appropriate tools.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Develop cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.
• Proven experience with clean code practices, multi-threading, and asynchronous programming.
• Proficient in .NetCore & Java.
• Experience in building streaming systems.
• Proficiency in relational and time-series databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with multi-tenant systems development.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and system architecture design.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Restful APIs and gRPC.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes (k8s) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of basic machine learning concepts.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
