- Receive standard training on sales development system and consultative selling
- Handling incoming and referral business enquiry in consultative approach
- Drive sales and revenue via systematic and scientific outbound methodology
- Provide consultative experience to client enquiry to identify qualified opportunities
- Actively listen with empathy and ask good questions to understand client needs
- Provide phone consultation and marketing technology software demos to potential users
- Support marketing events planning and operations on lead generations
- Cooperate closely with marketing teammates on lead quality & campaigns feedback
- Cooperate closely with technology team to provide market insights and client feedback on in-house developed AI automation marketing technology software
