Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with fashion brands and manufacturers, promoting our platform and services, and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the nurturing of existing ones. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, tech and have a proven track record in sales, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify and target potential clients, build and maintain a pipeline of leads, and convert leads into paying clients
• Understand client’s needs and tailor solutions to meet their business objectives
• Onboard customers to Delvify’s MMP
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and communicate these insights to clients and internal teams
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our platform and services
Ideal Candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fashion industry or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and familiarity with fashion and technology trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
