AI Developer / Engineer

What You'll Be Doing
• Design and develop complex AI models and algorithms to solve real-world problems
• Implement and optimise AI systems, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
• Develop, maintain and support AI related applications (e.g. Generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows, LLMs, and fine-tuning).
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and methodologies

What We're Looking For
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in developing AI/machine learning models and applications
• Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and LLMs.
