GroupM GOAT is part of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Social & Content Executive to join GroupM GOAT, a social and influencer led team in Hong Kong.
The GroupM GOAT is part of GroupM Nexus Media Solution activity and is pivotal to the success of each campaign that is executed. The team works closely with all other teams within GroupM agencies, clients, and partners.
You will be responsible for campaign operations, innovating, project managing and troubleshooting, partnership assessments as well as support of products.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Director, GroupM GOAT.

Measures of success –
In 3 months:
• Be trained and get familiar with various GroupM products, platforms and tools
• Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the GroupM GOAT product and operations Team and take ownership of trafficking, campaign monitoring and reporting
• Responsible for data entries and schedule revision in booking system
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, content formats, and influencer marketing best practices.
In 6 months:
• Able to handle Day-to-day account servicing duties independently (manage projects development, content creation, and compiling evaluation reports) with solid understanding of client’s business objectives and proactively managing client and team’s expectations
• Clear understanding of campaign, publisher, influencer and social platforms operations from start to end
• Identify, research, and outreach to potential influencers aligned with client brands and campaign goals.
• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with client objectives across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Facebook, etc)
• Research and identify emerging platforms and opportunities for client campaigns.
In 12 months:
• Well-equipped to provide social solution advice to both internal and external parties
• Analyze content performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
• Ability to test, learn and troubleshoot campaigns to improve the product and share knowledge with teams
What your day job looks like at GroupM Nexus:
• Support GroupM Goat Team on day-to-day operations and work with Client Development Team closely
• Campaign operationalizing, monitoring, troubleshooting by working across GroupM agencies
• Responsible for customized reports to clients when necessary
• Enter new bookings and revise schedule if required in booking system.
• Supporting GroupM GOAT in developing partnerships within GroupM and externally that drives value for our clients
• Assist GroupM GOAT Team to understand product and publisher updates and external parties, as well as to provide regular updates to the local team
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience with content marketing, social media management, or influencer marketing, preferably within an agency setting.
• Knowledge along with a passion for social and influencers categories
• Experience in managing social campaigns, influencers, publishers and integrated social solutions
• Result-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Familiar with China Social Platforms (XiaoHongShu, Douyin, Wechat) is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and under supervision
• Ability to work within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a must
• Candidates with relevant experience would be considered as Social & Content Specialist, GOAT
• Fresh graduates would be considered as Social & Content Executive
