Our Mission: To democratize cyber resilience. Our Vision: A world where organizations of all sizes have access to best-in-class cyber incident response and insurance solutions, enabling secure and sustainable business operations. What We're Looking For: We're seeking a seasoned backend software engineer with a passion for building secure web-based applications and architecture. The ideal candidate will thrive on daily hands-on projects, while excited by the opportunity to grow into leading a tight-knit engineering team.

Lead engineering initiatives, taking the lead on projects or exploratory work to determine the most effective paths before implementation. Mentor junior engineers, passing on knowledge and experience to less experienced developers through code reviews and mentoring. Deliver robust code frequently, writing, testing, and maintaining code that is used by thousands of customers. Work cross-functionally, partnering with Product, Security Engineering, or Incident Response teams to decide on the best strategies for implementing new features or enhancements.
