Technical Product Manager / Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities to leverage our applications to meet their needs
• Provide internal and external technical advice and assistance during the sales and marketing process to deliver solution demonstrations to clients
• Collaborate with AECO or IT software vendors for providing technical support to channel partners and users
• Provide advisory solutions and deliver technical training & presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application consulting and technical products for identifying new opportunities to business growth

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Architectural Studies / Construction Management / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience from AECO, Construction or IT company, in which with proven experience in pre-sales within AECO or IT solution channel is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with high level of self-initiative, self-motivation and sales oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Energetic, open-minded and passionate to new technologies
• Proficient in verbal and written skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent skills in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
