Job Purpose:
This position works closely with the Head of Corporate Communications to create various visually compelling graphic designs that effectively communicate the corporate brand message across different platforms. The ideal candidate will work on a range of projects, including branding campaigns, corporate brochures and event-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain branding guidelines to ensure branding consistency across all platforms;
• Design logo that align with brand identity and vision;
• Develop visual design for the agency website, ensuring alignment with overall brand identity and branding strategy;
• Create visually appealing graphics for corporate brochures and related materials to enhance the corporate image;
• Design advertising materials, such as posters, flyers and digital advertisements and graphics for souvenirs and promotional items that boost brand recognition;
• Edit and produce basic video content for marketing purposes; and
• Design engaging exhibition booth to effectively showcase services for brand promotion.
Requirements:
• Completed tertiary education in relevant disciplines;
• Minimum of 3 years work experience with a strong track record and portfolio of various projects;
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or similar tools;
• Familiar with video editing tools, such as Adobe Premiere;
• Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in meeting deadlines;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, both written and oral (including Putonghua); and
• Previous work experience in NGOs is a definite advantage.
