As part of the IT Security & User Administration Team, under the guidance of the Team Lead, the selected candidate will assume the following responsibilities:
Oversight of the creation and removal of Active Directory accounts, encompassing associated services like teams, email, and staff photos, across both on-premises and Office 365 platforms.
Management of identity and access based on roles for platforms including Azure, Alibaba, Office 365, CyberArk, and future ERP systems using Oracle Fusion.
Contribution to process automation through modern technologies like PowerShell Scripting, Python, C#, Power Automate, and more.
Support for business applications developed using technologies such as C#, MSSQL, and Azure Web.
Vendor management responsibilities, including overseeing project development, support tickets, and root cause analysis.
Provision of second-tier support to end-users, addressing and resolving internal business user inquiries and incidents.
Coordination with internal and external auditors to address audit queries and facilitate reviews.
Assistance in conducting regular reviews of user accounts, profile security, and file access rights.
Possession of a recognized university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
A minimum of 3 years of IT experience in Active Directory and/or Identity management.
Familiarity or expertise in some of the following technologies:
Office 365 administration
Proficiency in system automation through scripting and programming, e.g., PowerShell.
Demonstration of strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team, self-motivation, and independence.
Fluent in Cantonese with strong written and spoken English language skills.
