Maintain existing clients, initiating and promoting active client transactions.

Convert and serve new clients, providing investor education services to new investors and assisting clients in resolving investment issues.

Acquire targeted Hong Kong and US stock investment clients for the company through cooperation with Hong Kong channels. Explore and expand overseas channel resources with existing or potential Hong Kong and US stock investment clients, including but not limited to: online self-media, investment KOLs, offline same/different industry collaborations, etc.

Maintain keen insight into market changes in the financial market, collect industry dynamics and market information, and provide information support for business decisions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business/Finance or related disciplines.

Has 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Insurance wealth managers and fresh graduates would also be considered.

Qualified for SFC licenses 1 & 2 would be an advantage.

Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Priority will be given to candidates with client sales/service background in the finance or securities industry.

Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong learning ability, with strong business negotiation and resource development capabilities.

Strong sense of purpose, self-motivated, with strong stress resistance and teamwork spirit.

Main Responsibilities:
The role of the Private Wealth Management Relationship Manager (RM) is to understand the client's requirements, ensure superior service, and provide regular updates to the client on financial market developments and on clients’ portfolios

Acquire High Net-Worth Clients & manage existing relationships

Provide appropriate investment advice to the clients based on their needs and risk profile in conjunction with the house views on various products and asset classes

Conducting financial mapping of clients to analyze key parameters, including risk profile, asset allocation, investment horizon, and liquidity needs

Customize portfolio proposals for clients through allocation of client funds into products across fund, equity, and other asset classes

Actively review and monitoring of client's AUM through timely buy/sell/hold calls triggered by clients' preferred allocation

Responsible for targeting towards the AUM growth & revenue generation from the relationships with our company

Responsible for complying with regulatory compliance as set out by relevant authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business/ Finance or other related disciplines

Has 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred

Previous client relationship management skills would be an advantage

Solid product knowledge (e.g. funds, equities, margin financing, insurance, structured products)

Qualified for SFC License 1 is preferred

Good communication skills and preferably strong Mandarin speaking and writing ability
