Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design of blockchain technical architecture, R&D of core modules and project implementation. Combine the company's core businesses such as enterprise management, Internet of Things, and data security to complete the construction of underlying architecture, development and optimization of smart contracts, ensuring that technical solutions meet actual business needs.
2. Participate in the full-life cycle management of blockchain projects, from demand docking, plan demonstration, coding and development, to test deployment, online operation and maintenance, and iterative optimization, to ensure efficient, stable and secure project delivery.
3. Track cutting-edge blockchain technologies (distributed ledgers, encryption algorithms, cross-chain technologies, etc.) and policy norms, combine the company's business characteristics, explore innovative application scenarios of blockchain in the enterprise service field, and output technical innovation suggestions.
4. Be responsible for the security protection of the blockchain system, carry out smart contract vulnerability detection and node security investigation, avoid technical security risks, and ensure the security, transparency and immutability of business data.
5. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams such as product, testing, and business to complete technical demand docking, business scenario decomposition and technical problem troubleshooting, and promote the in-depth integration of blockchain technology with the company's existing businesses.
6. Write and accumulate technical documents (architecture design, development manual, test report, etc.), participate in team technical sharing and training, and help improve the team's technical capabilities.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in related majors such as Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics; 3+ years of software development experience, including at least 1 year of blockchain-related R&D experience. Experience in blockchain project implementation in the fields of enterprise services, Internet of Things, and data security is preferred.
2. Proficient in at least 2 mainstream programming languages (Golang, Java, Python, C/C++ are preferred), proficient in Solidity language, with the ability to develop, deploy, audit and optimize smart contracts, and familiar with smart contract security development specifications.
3. In-depth understanding of core blockchain principles, proficient in distributed systems, consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, PBFT, etc.) and encryption algorithms. Bonus points for experience in public chain and alliance chain (Hyperledger Fabric is preferred) development and deployment.
4. Familiar with blockchain development frameworks and tools (Truffle, Remix, Geth, etc.), with the ability to build blockchain systems, deploy nodes, optimize performance and troubleshoot problems. Experience in containerization technologies such as Docker and K8s is preferred.
5. Good code writing standards, proficient in Git version control tools, able to independently complete the development and optimization of core modules, and have strong problem analysis and solving capabilities.
6. Understanding of Internet of Things, information system integration and data security related knowledge, able to promote the integration of blockchain technology with business scenarios. Experience in integrated solution design is preferred.
7. Good logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, and team spirit, able to efficiently connect with cross-departmental teams and promote project implementation.
