YOUR MISSION:
As our visual storyteller, you will breathe life into MI MING MART’s philosophy through the lens. You aren't just “making videos”—you are crafting the aesthetic identity of our brand across social media. From conceptualizing viral trends to polishing the final cut, you will own the creative process that connects our Clean Beauty mission with our community.
What you will do:
End-to-End Creation:
Develop high-quality scripts, storyboards, and visually stunning social media feeds that stop the scroll.
Production Leadership:
Manage the entire video lifecycle—from pre-production (casting, props, wardrobe, shot design) to post-production magic.
Trend Mastery:
Be the “eyes and ears” of social media. Identify the latest video trends and translate them into authentic brand assets.
On-Site Execution:
Lead the charge at shooting sites, ensuring every frame aligns with our premium brand style.
Timeline Management:
Take ownership of the production schedule to ensure every campaign launches with impact and on time.
What you need to succeed:
Degree/Training:
Marketing, Communications, or a related creative field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in social media, PR, or lifestyle content creation.
Technical Savvy:
Solid grasp of photography, video shooting, and editing software.
Wordsmith Skills:
Proficiency in creative copywriting that speaks to a beauty-conscious audience.
Digital Sensitivity:
A deep understanding of what makes a video successful on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
