Business Development Manager (B2B/ Digital Marketing Solutions/ HK Market)
Responsibilities include
Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals
Manage the sales pipeline effectively, consistently achieving and exceeding sales revenue targets
Engage potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media, to generate leads and build relationships
Organize and execute engaging agency roadshows to update partners on the latest digital trends and opportunities in China, showcasing the innovative capabilities of the iClick platform
Develop, present, and sell customized partnership packages based on client briefs
Work with marketing team to attend industry events and seminars to stay informed about market trends and enhance your professional network
Establish iClick as the preferred partner to reach the global Chinese audience
Support ad‑hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in media sales or digital marketing industry
Good track record in sales achievements against quantitative targets selling to direct or agency businesses
Strong contact base among agencies and network of direct clients
Good understanding of China digital media landscape and key media platforms will be an advantage
Experience in high volumes of face‑to‑face meetings and C‑level communication
Sound understanding of current industry challenges in the region and China market
Proactive, can‑do attitude, and independent
Strong teamwork positive attitude with positive mindset
Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Business Development Manager (On‑the‑job training will be provided)
