Randstad is working with a well-established business that is currently looking for a Solution Architect. The right candidate will be responsible for driving the architecture design and delivery of in-house applications/systems based on IT strategies.

• Work closely with business stakeholders and translate their requirements into technical specifications and blueprints
• Identify and recommend technical solutions, also plan and coordinate the architecture activities that support the business needs
• Define and maintain the architecture principles, best practices, and guidelines for in-house system/application development with IT policies to govern the usage and technology adoption across different IT domains
• Manage the implementation plan and performance of the development team or 3rd party vendors to ensure the project delivery can meet agreed standards
• Involve in planning and developing the annual budget, timeline, and manpower and monitoring the expenses for the operations
• Research and share the latest technology trends to support innovative business initiatives
skills & experiences required.
• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Business administration, or related discipline
• 12+ years of experience in the IT field and at least 5+ years working in Solution Architect/Technical Lead/Development Lead roles and participating in leading solution architecture design
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and resilient application/system architectures, with a proven track record of developing the architecture/roadmap for projects with a US$1MM+ budget
• Strong knowledge of SDLC with a track record and exposure to large-scale projects
• Prior experience in modern tech stack including programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms, databases, etc.
• Proven track record of successful migration from legacy systems to modern platforms
• Good understanding of the best industry practices and standards
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in speaking both Cantonese and English is a must
