Responsibility:
· Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to develop sales opportunities
· Handle customer enquiries and understand customer needs
· Prepare call report and progress update for review
· Responsible for data entry and maintaining the database
· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned when required
Requirements:
· DSE or above with 1 year relevant working experience
· Knowledge in IT and technology will be an advantage
· Well organized with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Good presentation and communication skills with can-do attitude
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
