Working in sales, you will influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. For consumer accounts, this involves making recommendations on assortment, shelving, pricing, and merchandising strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into shopper purchase behavior.
YOUR ROLE
As a Key Account Manager, you´ll directly take meaningful and impactful responsibilities as of day 1. You´ll be in charge of building a long-term partnership with your customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that lead to sustainable business growth. To do so, you’ll develop a keen understanding of our product categories and markets.
You Will Need To
• Be the point of Category and Channel expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted strategic business partner for our global/key business accounts to create superior customer values
• Accelerate growth by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams and eventually lead and manage the organization to deliver the best results
• Own and plan the financial and instore resources to provide superior retail execution with strong business acumen and sustainable financial efficiency
Your Responsibilities Would Include
• Conduct customer-/category-centric data analysis to create business strategies that will lead to key channel growth
• Develop, sell, implement and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed company goals
• Manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising to drive the best retail environment
• Develop sustainable working relationships with key customer contacts and drive superior joint value creations
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, among others) to develop strategies and plans
• Manage financial/instore/company resources to implement designed channel x category strategies with strong efficiency mindset

We Are Looking For
• Currently working towards completion of a bachelor’s degree in an accredited university in 2025 OR 0-3 years of work experience after graduation.
• Excellent visionary, strategic and courageous leadership skills.
• Demonstrate ability of creative/critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong in communication and collaboration with others.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
