Position Overview

RENPHO is in our HYPERGROWTH stage! We are seeking a proactive New Sales Channel Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at driving trackable sales growth through our priority Sales Channels; primarily Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will come equipped with a motivated “self-starter attitude” and have a strong understanding of channel marketing, brand strategy, and cross-functional communication. You will primarily focus on our core RENPHO growth markets North America (USA), UK, EU, and AU. This role will truly involve start-to-finish project management: assessing business needs, drafting a step-by-step solutions plan for each sales channel, executing the plan, and reporting on the results… six-sigma style! This role offers the true opportunity to craft your own strategy and lead true business transformation.

Key Role Responsibilities
• Collect Sales Channel Requests: Gather and evaluate requests from each new, key sales channel and the relevant key sales leaders to understand marketing needs, visual needs, and specific channel objectives.
• Resource Organization: Identify, organize, and allocate suitable resources (materials, tools, and personnel) to support sales channel initiatives effectively to meet key channel deadlines.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage channel marketing activities within each channel’s approved financial guideline; optimizing for return at every possible touchpoint.
• Strategy Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies that are in line with RENPHO brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels. You will be responsible for assessing each channel’s needs, drafting a plan, and executing with quick turnaround time.
• Internal Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and strategy, fostering a cohesive approach aligned with all marketing and brand efforts.
• External Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key external Agencies / Biz Partners via strong communication and coordination.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of channel marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
• Market + Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for channel growth and improvement. Encompassing diff geos/markets USA, CA, UK, EU, AU, etc.
• Feedback Loop: Establish a feedback mechanism to gather insights from channel partners and incorporate them into future marketing plans; balancing proactive and reactive.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a sales channel / results-driven environment.
• Strong organization skills + written / verbal communication skills in English + Putonghua.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI / marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenge
• US-market or Global Brand Experience Preferred.
• Added Value: Familiarity with Amazon Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Walmart Sales Channel, + TikTok Shop
