Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on biomechanics, exercise science, and sports rehabilitation to inform product development and improvements.
• Analyze data from assessments conducted using technological solutions to identify trends and insights that enhance the software’s functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and healthcare professionals, to integrate findings into product enhancements.
• Develop and refine protocols for conducting assessments related to range of motion, balance, and gait analysis.
• Provide expertise on exercise interventions and rehabilitation strategies to support the development of user-friendly features within our products.
• Evaluate existing literature and emerging research to ensure our solutions are evidence-based and aligned with industry best practices.
• Work with limited datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive R&D initiatives and improve product performance.
• Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to validate findings and support decision-making in product development.
• Act as a liaison between the research team and other departments, ensuring that insights from exercise science are effectively communicated and integrated.
• Prepare reports and presentations to share research findings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Rehabilitation, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in exercise science, sports rehabilitation, or related research roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation practices.
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools; experience with statistical software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with limited data to generate impactful insights.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
