Job Description:
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of various e-Commerce platforms, including Amazon and Walmart.
• Coordinate sales processes, from order placement to delivery, while effectively managing inventory and sales predictions.
• Provide comprehensive online customer support, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and managing returns and refunds.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of digital sales and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze performance data from e-Commerce platforms to optimize sales strategies.
• Vigilantly monitor supply chain data, identifying and resolving potential issues promptly.
• Ensure the health of platform accounts, addressing any ad-hoc challenges that arise.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficient time management.
• Previous experience with various e-Commerce marketplaces highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
