We are assisting a leading corporation in the cybersecurity sector in their search for a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist. This entity is renowned for its innovative approach to cybersecurity solutions, providing cutting-edge services to a wide range of industries.

Job Description:
• Strategically plan, design, and execute comprehensive IAM solutions to bolster enterprise security.
• Spearhead the deployment and ongoing management of IAM services, including, enhancing access controls and policy enforcement.
• Assist efforts to refine and update access provisioning, periodic access reviews, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to drive the adoption of Zero Trust Architecture, Consumer-IAM, and innovative identity management strategies for non-human entities.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 4-8 years' experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on IAM frameworks and technologies.
• Proficient in IAM standards such as SAML, OAuth/OIDC, WS-FED, alongside other advanced authentication mechanisms.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to influence positive security outcomes.
• Preferred certifications include CIAM, CISSP, and CISM is not required but very advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with leading IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp, ForgeRock, Active Directory) is highly desired.
