Dash Living is a fast-growing start-up in the hospitality industry, specializing in hotels, co-living and service apartments. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team and help take our company to the next level.
As a member of the marketing team, you are responsible for a variety of tasks to support the company’s marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include communication with external parties, sales support, event planning, and writing. The Marketing Coordinator will also be required to manage projects and tasks across different teams and departments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create, schedule, and measure social media and blog posts to drive engagement
Support lead-generation efforts within Hong Kong across own and third party channels
Collaborate with various brands to develop local partnerships and community benefits
Initiate, organise and actively contribute to community events on a monthly basis
Collaborate with regional teams to customize engagement campaigns at the local level
Establishing relationships with local media and influencers
Strategize and execute localized campaigns that incorporate social media, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and members
Generate authentic content for Social Media
Provide sales support through the creation of collaterals and communication materials
Ad hoc duties as required by management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong event planning skills
Ability to write effectively for different audiences and mediums in English and Chinese
Experience in digital marketing and social media management
Proficient in project management tools and techniques
