AI Systems Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and ML solutions to solve complex insurance industry problems.
• Apply deep learning theories and practices to enhance model performance and accuracy.
• Implement and maintain machine learning operations and systems to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Work closely with other teams to productionize AI solutions effectively and efficiently.
• Incorporate computer vision and image processing techniques to improve organizational capabilities and decision-making.
• Engage in prompt engineering for large language models to fine-tune their performance according to specific industry needs.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in data science, focusing on AI/ML applications and deep learning techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, along with experience in Machine Learning frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLP/GenAI tools such as NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and techniques, including generative AI, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with both business and technology teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking ability.
