INSTITUTIONAL PLANNING AND ANALYTICS OFFICE
Assistant Analyst (Ref. 241108005-IE)
Duties
The appointee will be required to:
(a) support in the design and development of the University's central contact database;
(b) support in platform operation that is utilised for various institutional-level surveys;
(c) assist in the development and administration of IT systems and platforms; and
(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office or her delegates.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
(a) have a recognised degree, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or related disciplines;
(b) have at least three years of post-qualification working experience, preferably with knowledge of Qualtrics, Power BI, Tableau, R, etc.;
(c) possess a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(d) be interested in exploring and learning new technologies and solutions;
(e) have good communication and interpersonal skills; and
(f) be proactive and able to work independently.
Conditions of Service
A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
