Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full-process Unity development of the company's lightweight games, independently completing the demand docking, code writing, debugging and optimization, launch adaptation and post-launch iteration of small games.
2. Based on the Unity engine, be responsible for the development and implementation of the game's core gameplay, logic and functions, ensure that the code is standardized, efficient and maintainable, and guarantee the smooth operation of the game.
3. Proficiently use AI development tools to assist in development work, including but not limited to AI code generation, AI material processing, AI bug troubleshooting, etc., to continuously improve development efficiency and optimize the development process.
4. Cooperate with teams such as art and stores to sort out project requirements, design and implement technical solutions, actively participate in cross-departmental collaboration, take the initiative to undertake relevant supporting tasks beyond their own work scope, and help the project land quickly.
5. Be responsible for comprehensive testing and bug fixing before the game goes online, cooperate with the operation team to complete post-launch iterative optimization and problem response, and ensure the stable operation of the game.
6. Participate in the development and optimization of VR game-related functions, and combine the characteristics of VR technology to improve the game interaction experience and sense of immersion.
7. Proactively pay attention to new technologies and tools related to the Unity engine and game development, flexibly apply them in combination with project requirements, and continuously improve product quality and development efficiency (Preferred Qualification).
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Digital Media Technology, Game Development and other related fields are preferred.
2. Experience: 4-6 years of game development experience; candidates with only 0-1 year of development experience will not be considered; at least 1 or more launched game project experience, able to provide project links/demo videos; have the ability to independently develop complete small games, and can provide personal independent development works.
3. Skills: Proficient in Unity engine development and C# programming language; familiar with core functions such as Unity Editor, scene construction, animation system and physics system; proficient in using AI development tools and able to use AI to improve development efficiency; solid foundation, clear logic, and strong ability in bug troubleshooting and problem solving.
4. Qualities: Strong self-motivation, proactive in work and able to promote tasks independently; good at collaboration and communication, willing to cooperate with cross-departmental work; strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, and able to complete project development tasks on time and with high quality.
