Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to manage the operational backbone of our marketing department. This is primarily an office-based role focused on digital asset management, CRM maintenance, and sales support. You will be responsible for the systematic "librarian" work of cataloging our project materials, supplemented by occasional local site visits to record our achievements.
Key Responsibilities

Digital Asset Management: Methodically organize, tag, and archive project photos/videos into assigned locations; ensure every project has a complete set of related materials.

Database & CRM Management: Handle daily data entry and maintain 100% accuracy within the company operation system.

Localized Content Capture: Conduct photography/videography mainly within Hong Kong to document completed work.

Technical Summarization: Learn our product & services to write accurate summaries for social media and presentations to accurately summarize the materials and technical work performed by ShowTex on specific projects for social media and case study purposes.

Social Media Operation: Assist in social media handling, including copywriting, proofreading, basic graphic design, and scheduled posting across various platforms; act as the first point of contact for incoming social media requests and coordinate follow-ups with the Sales Team.

Lead Coordination: Monitor and filter incoming social media inquiries; act as the first point of contact for incoming social media requests and coordinate follow-ups with the Sales Team.

Sales Support: Prepare professional presentation materials for the Sales Team to showcase our technical capabilities to clients.

Database Hygiene: Maintain and update accuracy within our CRM system (e.g. HubSpot).

Exhibition Support: Coordinate and prepare materials for company trade shows and exhibitions.
Requirements

Proven experience in marketing administration, content coordination, or a related field.

The "Systematic" Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills with a passion for order, naming conventions, and database hygiene.

Functional Creative Skills: Competency in photography and videography for documentation purposes; basic knowledge of design/editing software.

Communication: Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical engineering work into engaging marketing content.

CRM Knowledge: Experience with HubSpot or similar database systems is a significant advantage.

Work Style: You prefer a stable, office-based environment where you can manage processes and data effectively.

Interest: A genuine interest in the performing arts, events, or textile engineering industries.
