Responsibilities:
Contribute to development needs of web applications and innovation projects;
Understand user requirements and design; develop technical and innovative solutions;
Collaborate closely with Project Manager, system developers, UI/UX designers, and data analysts to develop initiative and elegant UI solutions for improving user experience and site performance;
Identify issues and dissect complex problems for systematically deriving solutions;
Deliver clean and maintainable codes, optimized for accessibility standards;
Perform function development and enhancement, system deployment and testing;
Prepare documentations and manuals for illustration, training, and promotional purposes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines;
1-3 years or above experience in web and application development using React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Web Responsive Layout, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous request handling
Willing to learn and having strong interest in exploring and implementing new user interface technologies and mechanisms;
Strong problem-solving skills in frontend programming and user interface handling;
Self-motivated with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Experience in using open-source software like GitHub is a plus.
Experience in mentoring or coaching other designers or teammates would be an advantage.
