We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our CMT team. As a key member of the presales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our deliveries by crafting end-to-end solutions, and providing technical expertise to our clients. You will work closely with sales representatives, technical consultants, and other stakeholders to architect solutions and implementations.
Job Duties:
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and business needs.
• Design and architect the end-to-end BSS/OSS solutions, including integration with other systems such as CRM, Campaign Management, Customer Data Platform, Customer Order Management, Customer Information Management, Customer 360 View, Product Catalog, Resource Management, etc.
• Drive the solution team in developing detailed technical specifications and designs.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape, especially in the telecommunications and cloud domains.
• Manage vendors and solution partners on deliverables and qualities.
• Mentor and coach junior solution team members.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should have extensive working experience with designing and implementing end-to-end solutions in a systems integrator capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and delivering end-to-end solutions, esp. CRM solutions.
• Deep understanding of communication, media, and technology industries, with a strong focus on telecommunications and cloud solutions.
• Solid knowledge of BSS/OSS systems, processes, and software solutions, including:
• Customer Information Management / Customer 360
• Service and Order Management
• Online Charge System/Billing
• Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end BSS/OSS components in a systems integrator capacity.
• Strong technical knowledge in the following areas:
• Application frameworks for cloud application development and integration, web/mobile digital services, and APIs
• Java development (Angular 9+, JavaScript, Restful API, Springboot experience)
• Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Comms Cloud and Sales Cloud, or equivalent CRM solution would be an advantage.
• DevOps principles and practices
• Experience working with integration platforms, such as MuleSoft, Kong, Tyk, Apigee, WSO2 API Manager
• Deep understanding integration platforms, architectures, and best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
