A prominent IT service provider in Hong Kong is seeking an IT helpdesk professional to support users at the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau (CSTB). The role involves managing helpdesk services, installing hardware, and configuring IT equipment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong knowledge in Government Office Automation (GOA). This is a full-time contract role based in Admiralty.
