We are hiring a senior business analyst to join our digital product team. You will work alongside other business analysts, provide support to project manager and report directly to the product manager.
Your main tasks will include performing detailed user requirements analysis, process improvement and leading the QA and UAT
To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking, be tech-savvy and able to deliver sound digital product design.
You should embrace ever-changing market trend and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
Communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders for collecting and analyzing business requirements
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop process optimization strategies
Document the business processes and requirements leading to business sign-off
Work with technical peers and Architects for proposing feasible digital solutions to meet business objectives
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies to automate and modernize digital products and solutions
Perform market research and construct digital product roadmaps for achieving business goals
Devise innovative ideas & solutions to solve business pain points.
Drive the delivery of the digital solution with effective stakeholder communication and project governance leading to timely completion of projects
Support the planning and execution of all types of testing throughout the SDLC processes
Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staffs
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Hands on experience in documenting business requirements, user stories, functional spec
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively present insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Solid technical knowledge in fin-tech, financial product pricing and general system integration on Cloud is preferable
Experience in digital product/project management, fin-tech, brokerage, and/or financial products is preferable
Competency in software applications including but not limited to MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, QASE, Scribe will be a plus.
