Junior DevOps

Responsibilities:

– Help design and maintain CI/CD pipeline

– Work with development teams to troubleshoot, solve problems and do maintenance

– Deploying infrastructure in AWS and Hetzner (bare metal)

– Install and configure software packages via APT and source code

– Update and maintain Kubernetes clusters, docker, helm charts, DevOps software

– Analyze and solve problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation

Requirements:

– AWS, Azure and Google cloud technologies

– CI/CD tools like jenkins, circleci or others

– IaC tools like AWS cloudformation, Azure resource manager, Google cloud deployment manager, terraform, ansible, chef or others

– Programming or scripting languages like bash, python, go or similar

– Proficiency with Linux ( Debian distributions )

– Container-orchestration system Kubernetes

– CNCF tools and technologies

– A minimum of 1 year of experience working with AWS or similar cloud technology provider

– A minimum of 1 year of experience with at least one of the following: code repository management, code merge, quality checks, CI through pipeline creation, automated deployment, or experience using a relevant tool

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in IT

– Self organized and motivated individual

– Good communication and soft skills
