Job Responsibilities:
• Support the development of AI/ML models, including propensity and regression models, customer segmentation, clustering, and generative AI, for a variety of data science applications.
• Conduct in-depth analyses using advanced customer analytics and big data technologies.
• Assist in implementing data and analytics strategies to drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify business opportunities and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
• Deliver timely, high-quality analytics to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or machine learning.
• Proven track record in building machine learning models.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience in the banking, insurance, or financial services industries is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• Knowledge of cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with business units.
