Job Responsibilities:
· Take part in variety of telecom engineering projects such as 5G / AI / Cloud / Network / Digital Power as well as innovative projects such as IT, Internet, digital operation platforms etc;
· Determine the structure of the project team and the duties of members according to quality/environment/occupational health and safety management system requirements and regularly perform assessments, evaluations, rewards and punishments;
· Allocate and Manage products such as manpower, materials, machinery and equipment, capital, technology, and information for projects, and actively promote and apply new technologies to improve quality;
· In charge of the implementation of the construction project such as acquire, allocate and dispatch the resources outside and inside to lead the delivery project success with high quality;
· Identify, eliminate and reduce project risks beforehand;
· Establish and maintain cost control system.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above in Science or Engineering. Major in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or other related engineering or science disciplines is preferred;
· Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage;
· With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories;
· Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and hardworking.
