ERP Transformation

I am seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Team Lead for a leading international company based in Hong Kong.

He/She will play a pivotal role in guiding the Finance Function through the development and implementation of a new ERP system. This role is essential in ensuring the ERP solution meets their business requirements and drives process effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Direct the project team to oversee the design, development, and execution of the ERP solution within the Finance Function, ensuring it aligns with organizational needs.
• Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies for digitization and process transformation within the Finance Function to enhance operational effectiveness in alignment with future business demands.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to influence and align user requirements with ERP project objectives, mobilizing necessary resources.

Requirements:
• Cantonese is MANDATORY
• 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on sizable listed companies or multinational groups; at least 6 years in a managerial capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in leading ERP solutions and business transformations from the user's perspective, with an emphasis on governance.
• Prior experience with ERP consultancy firms, leading CPA firms, or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management and process design.
