Senior Infrastructure Specialist

Our client, a well-respected SI company in Hong Kong, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join their expanding Infrastructure Team. In this role, you'll be supporting clients in the FSI industry, either on site or remotely. Candidates with a strong background in systems and networking are strongly encouraged to apply. Duties
• Executing and maintaining client's IT Infrastructure
• Hands on in technical support in systems, administration on server, network, desktop hardware and software
• Offering Level 1 - 3 assistance for incident resolution
• Work closely with team members and other departments to advance the projects and address the incidents

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 year's solid experience in technical support and management for Windows platforms, Active Directory Administration / Group Policy, Exchange Server
• Familiarity with networking principles: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching/Firewall
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Firewall/switches and proficiency in vitalisation
• Certificates holders for CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or MCSE is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent
• Self-motivated with a focus on action and outcomes
