Business Support Administrator (Service Delivery)

What you will do

This person will join the Maintenance Service Team in Hong Kong. She/he will provide support to the team including filing, purchase requisition and order preparation, proposal preparation and tender preparation etc.

How you will do it
• Provide support in maintenance, repairing service and retrofit service
• Lead in preparing proposal, tender, purchase requisition and order
• Organize and maintain good filing system
• Maintain a good relationship with customers
• Perform ad hoc duty as required

What we look for

Required
• Form 5 / DSE or above
• 3 years relevant experience in administration and secretarial support, exposure in building services or engineering related industry would be advantage
• Good command in written, spoken in both English and Chinese
• Strong PC computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred
• Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good sense of customer service
