Senior Fullstack Developer (Hedge Fund)

We are hiring Senior Full Stack Developer to support our client's multi-strategy hedge fund team in Hong Kong.

The candidate should possess significant expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, along with a strong grasp of developing scalable systems and user-friendly web applications from scratch.

MUST:
• At least 6 years+ experience in software development
• Backend:
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Plus, if you have experience in Rust, C++, or a JVM language (Java/Scala) preferred.
• Frontend:
• React.js/Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

ROLE:
• Create, enhance, and sustain full-stack applications end to end development.
• Architect, refine, and deploy backend services, APIs, and microservices with a focus on performance and dependability.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces utilizing contemporary front-end frameworks.

PLUS if you:
• Have knowledge in finance and trading, especially in multi-strategy hedge funds, is highly preferred.
• Background in integrating financial systems, such as Bloomberg API.
• Proven experience in creating complex distributed systems or developing large applications from the ground up.
• Full-stack development, including server-side programming and RESTful API/GraphQL development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, as well as CDNs
