We are looking for an Intern to join our legal team based in Hong Kong during Summer Holidays (Jun - Aug) and Winter Holidays (Dec - Jan).
Who Will Deliver With You
Our legal team acts as a key business partner to proactively assess legal risks, shape business direction, and drive decision making. You will report to our Regional Legal Counsel and work closely with our business units and partners across Asia to provide practical and commercially focused legal support and advice.
This summer programme is designed to provide an experience of working in a leading scale-up as a legal professional.
What you will be delivering
Providing legal support for GOGOX on a broad range of business and operational matters
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts
Reviewing, commenting on, and driving business initiatives from a legal perspective
Maintaining and optimizing our filing system for contracts, corporate records, and other documents
Conducting legal research on a range of legal topics
Who you are
Strong academic performance, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in law or Juris Doctor from a reputable law school or university
Professional level of proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work
Resourcefulness and proactively seeking opportunities to improve
Be entrepreneurial and provide quick, concise, creative, and practical advice and solutions consistent with GOGOXbusiness objectives, while balancing the need for compliance
