Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an AI QA Engineer to join their rapidly expanding digitalization team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative initiatives, playing a key role in driving automation testing for cutting-edge AI projects before they reach end users.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for AI systems and web applications integrated with GenAI to ensure accuracy and reliability.

- Create, maintain, and execute both automated test scripts and manual testing procedures to assess system functionalities.

- Conduct performance, load, functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser testing to ensure a consistent user experience across various devices and platforms.

- Evaluate AI models for fairness, bias, and ethical considerations, while monitoring deployed systems for performance drift and providing feedback for retraining or optimization.

- Monitor and analyze model performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Conduct thorough testing of AI models to validate their functionality and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in software automation testing.

- Proficiency with test automation tools like Selenium and API testing tools such as Postman.

- Solid understanding of AI or machine learning concepts and techniques.

- Familiarity with natural language processing and the AI model lifecycle.

- Experience in system integration testing across API connections.

- Knowledge of testing and quality assurance processes for AI systems.

- Familiarity with model performance metrics and evaluation techniques.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.

Nice to Haves

- Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Certification in AI or machine learning.
