Game Artist (Unity)

Overview

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Game Artist (Unity) to join their dynamic game development team working on cutting-edge AI-driven gaming experiences. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between artistic vision and technical implementation, ensuring the game's visual elements are both stunning and performant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in game art creation and hands-on experience with Unity implementation.

What You Will Do
• Design game art and supporting assets for in-game implementation.
• Build and integrate particle systems, animations, and additional visual components in Unity.
• Streamline and optimize game assets and visuals to maintain optimal performance across multiple platforms.
• Design shaders and visual effects using Unity Shader Graph.
• Work alongside the game development team to ensure smooth integration of visual elements.

What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Graphics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rigging techniques.
• Strong skills in animating characters.
• Experience with Spine 2D for integrating 2D animations.
