Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to join our technical solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and virtualization technologies to ensure robust and scalable cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Project team to implement, configure, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, including virtualization, hardware, storage, and networking, to support new services and clients.
• Deliver Tier 2 support to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of our multi-cloud infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve faults efficiently and conduct thorough root cause analysis.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to optimize platform efficiency.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and application performance to meet established KPIs.
• Manage complex infrastructure change requests with precision and care.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in system administration, cloud infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with private cloud platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere, OpenStack, CloudStack).
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration (e.g., Ubuntu, RHEL).
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, VMware, or Hyper-V).
• Experience with networking concepts (e.g., VLANs, firewalls, load balancers).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Engineer

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with HPC and GPU Cluster environments.
• Knowledge of storage systems (e.g., Ceph, NFS, SAN).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, VMware Certified Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience in a 24/7 production environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
