Job Responsibilities:
· As the key leader in the dynamic and creative marketing team, grow and evolve business with Brand strategic planning in product assortment, promotion, advertisement and other exciting initiatives
· Lead marketing team members to achieve company goals and brands’ goals
· Develop marketing strategy to promote brands as well as product brands
· Plan annual marketing budgets and monitor advertising returns on sales to ensure they are cost-efficient
· Review, analyze digital marketing (Google and Meta) data with agency and make adjustments on digital strategy.
· Work closely with various parties for brand strategies planning and maintaining effective communications.
· Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify key opportunities.
· Fully responsible for customer acquisition.Job
Requirements:
· University degree or equivalent – major in marketing and business is preferred
· Minimum 3 years‘ experience in marketing, tech or lifestyle industry
· Strong business acumen in analyzing marketing data, trends, making projection, developing and executing marketingplans, measuring effectiveness
· Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills
· Experience in social media / digital content marketing
· Familiar with PC applications including MS office and google workplace Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and social media toolsPersonal

Benefits :$23k above per month (attractive commission), bank holidays, birthday leave, year-end long vacation, double pay, attractive commission, performance bonus, sharing bonus, mahjong karaoke bar & music facility.
