Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at The Career Works Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IT security tools and applications, as well as knowledge of DevSecOps and agile development methodologies. A background in the Hong Kong Financial Services Industry (HK FSI) is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities will include:
• Conducting regular security assessments and implementing security controls to prevent cyber threats
• Supporting the development and implementation of security policies and procedures
• Collaborating with the IT team to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
• Providing training and guidance to colleagues on security best practices

Requirements include:
• Degree holder in a related field (e.g. Information Technology)
• Basic knowledge of software programming and networking
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
