QA Engineer （Binance Square）

Responsibilities
• Take charge of end-to-end quality assurance for Binance Square's core businesses including livestreaming, content posting and social interaction, covering iOS/Android App and Web platforms. Conduct functional, regression and exploratory testing, track defects to closure, and ensure system stability under high concurrency.
• Participate in requirement reviews, assess business risks from a quality perspective, formulate test strategies, compile and maintain test plans and cases, implement shift-left quality to achieve zero-defect launches.
• Develop and maintain UI automation scripts for Web/App via Playwright, improve automation coverage and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to reduce regression costs; perform performance testing with k6, analyze bottlenecks and collaborate on system optimization.
• Coordinate with internal developers and product managers to advance testing progress; manage defects and track schedules via Jira, participate in production incident reviews to continuously optimize the quality system.

Requirements
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a QA/Test Engineer, with working experience in top-tier global tech companies preferred.
• Proficient in iOS/Android App testing and Web testing, skilled in real-device debugging, packet capture, crash log analysis and front-end & back-end joint debugging.
• Experienced in writing automation test scripts with Playwright in practical projects; proficient in k6 to independently design pressure test plans and output test reports.
• Master at least one programming language (TypeScript/JavaScript/Python/Java), skilled in Jira for defect and iteration management.
• Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness, able to adapt to fast-paced iteration, with good anti-pressure ability and teamwork skills.

Nice-to-Have
• Testing experience in livestreaming, social or short-video products, familiar with high-concurrency livestreaming testing scenarios.
• Experience in testing crypto, Web3 or fintech products, with understanding of relevant business ecosystems.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes, API automation testing and distributed system architecture, with mini-program testing experience.
• Able to use AI tools to improve testing efficiency, fluent English literacy for global team collaboration.
