Responsibilities:
Drive business/technical requirements gathering sessions to produce Business Process Flow and Functional Requirement related documentation.
Analyze requirements to produce Solution and Technical Design/Proposal related documentation.
Review current & future business process with clients to ensure the To-Be Business Processes are effectively mapped with Solution/Technical Design/Proposal.
Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver and implement the Proposed Application/System.
Hands on Application/System customization and configuration.
Prepare Test Plan/Script, assure quality in deliverables and support User Acceptance Testing.
Review and analyze data to prepare Data Mappings and drive Data Migration process.
Analyze and design of Data/Application Integration via integration platform or custom development.
Build and manage client relationships.
Present proposal and solutions to prospective clients.
Mentor staff with a hands-on approach and foster a learning and growth environment.
Requirements:
Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Information System or equivalent.
Strong consulting experience and communication skills.
Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions in a consulting environment.
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in system design and relational database design.
Creative, self-initiative, responsible and well-organized.
Good team player and able to work independently.
Understand the System Development Life Cycle and Agile Software Development.
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT related field.
Experience in Salesforce.com Core Clouds, Non-Profit Cloud, Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud is an advantage
Experience in leading application development and release management is preferable.
Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferred.
More experienced candidates can be considered as Solution Architect.
