My client is one of the top leading investment banking with global networks and expanding their business worldwide, is looking for a Project Manager with background in Operational Risk to sit in their Hong Kong office.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define requirements and delivery milestones
• Manage transversal projects from internal and external sources
• Plan and track projects, creating key milestones and performance indicators
• Coordinate project deployment and system implementation
• Collect statistics and develop dashboards upon management request
• Implement effective work organization practices
• Formulate and amend procedures, coordinating with stakeholders for management signoff
• Prepare and present at steering committees
• Perform self-assessments per regulatory requirements
• Coordinate HKAB requests
• Handle onboarding/exiting of non-company users (e.g., contractors/consultants)
Other:
• Manage the HKMA SPM OR-2 Operational Resilience framework
• Identify and implement departmental improvements
• Conduct deep dives into COO departments to suggest improvements
• Assist other sub-teams as needed
• Handle access rights requests
Requirements:
• 5+ years of working experience in relevant area
• Understanding and interpreting regulatory requirements
• Experience with HKMA SPM OR-2 Operational Resilience Framework
• Project management experience
• Independent and team-oriented work ability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Technical skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerBI)
